NOBODY SHOULD LIVE LIKE THIS

Labour needs to build homes people can afford. Agree? Add your name to demand a housing plan that adds up.

About

I’m Kwajo, I’ve started Our Home Our Futures, because I believe everyone has the right to a safe, secure affordable home.

Thousands of you have watched and shared my videos exposing damp, mouldy, dangerous homes. Thanks to your support, we’ve forced landlords and housing associations to act.

But the problem isn’t just bad landlords - it’s a government that has failed to build enough social housing.

Labour says they’ll build 1.5 million homes. But how many will actually be council houses and social rent?

We need real commitments. We need numbers.

The housing crisis

Rents are through the roof. Young people can’t afford to move out. Families are stuck in dangerous homes.

And councils? They’re drowning in the cost of emergency housing.

£2.3 bn spent on temporary accommodation for homeless families last year.

160,000 children with no permanent home.

1.3 million households stuck on housing waiting lists.

What we’re asking for

Real commitments and a concrete plan.

I am asking Angela Rayner to put real numbers to the plan and confirm How Many Homes will be built that will truly fix the housing crisis.

How many will be social rent or council homes? How many will go to families on waiting lists? How many will stop children from growing up in temporary housing?

No fluff. No dodging. Just numbers

Labour says they’ll fix the housing crisis. I want them to prove it.

The housing crisis affects us all - but it doesn’t have to be this way.

We’re campaigning to end the housing crisis and calling on the Government to:

Give us a direct answer: How many social rent and council homes will Labour build?

Cut the waiting lists: no children should spend their lives waiting to call a place home.

Fund repairs: no one should live in a damp, dangerous home.
